Penticton Speedway Celebrates a Thrilling Season of Racing Excellence

As the dust settles and the tire tracks fade, we look back at a year filled with unforgettable moments, fierce competition, and extraordinary sportsmanship.

A Heartfelt Thanks to Drivers, Fans, Sponsors, and Team Members

First and foremost, we extend our deepest gratitude to our fearless drivers, whose skill and determination transformed every race into a riveting spectacle. Their talent on the track and sportsmanship off it have been nothing short of inspiring. To our dedicated fans, your unwavering support and electrifying energy have turned the Speedway into a vibrant arena of excitement. We are indebted to our sponsors, whose generous contributions powered our events and elevated the racing experience. Behind the scenes, our devoted team members worked tirelessly, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Speedway. Their efforts, often unseen but essential, have been the backbone of our success.

Champions Crowned: Rick Digby, Mike Marshall, and Cory McGiverin Shine

The pinnacle of our season arrived with the crowning of our champions. Rick Digby secured his victory in the Hit to Pass category, while Mike Marshall's skills propelled him to triumph in the Hornet Class. In the fiercely competitive RPR Street Stock class, Cory McGiverin's prowess earned him the title.

Awards Dinner: A Night of Celebration and Recognition

The celebrations don’t end on the track. Join us on November 10th at the Penticton Golf and Country Club for our Awards Dinner, where the champions will be officially honored. This night promises to be a glittering affair, where we will not only celebrate our champions but also recognize outstanding achievements with awards such as Rookie of the Year, Driver of the Year, and Sportsman of the Year. It’s a night dedicated to acknowledging the excellence and camaraderie that define our racing community.

As we wrap up this exhilarating season, we extend our thanks to everyone who made it possible.

We look forward to seeing you at the Awards Dinner, where we will raise a toast to a season filled with unforgettable racing moments.
