2. It must be an insured vehicle.
3. Must have a driver's license
4. Must wear a seat belt
5. Must wear a helmet
6. Must sign the insurance and safety waiver

Drivers will be starting at a dead stop at the finish line and getting 1 lap around the track to set the fastest time you can!
